03 Dec Week 144 – Guest find – Thailand Family Tapes 69/70

This weeks tape was submitted by Christopher. This is what he said about it.

My mother recorded the first one to send to my father who was then stationed in Thailand, during the Vietnam War. it is filled with many familial voices, wishing my father well, and a speedy return. She sent the recorded tape along with the cassette recorder and a blank tape. The second tape is my father’s response, filled mostly with just his voice, and the background sounds of Thailand.
