24 Sep Week 137 – Orson Welles Peas Beef Outtakes

This famous clip of audio of recording session outtakes featuring Orson Welles has been floating around for a while, but I was totally surprised when I found an original copy of one of the reels that made the rounds in the early 70s. I purchased this tape in a collection from a former long time Chicago ad executive with tapes ranging from the early 60s through the late 80s. The tape was simply labeled O Welles Experimental with the date of 12/72. More info about the tape can be found here.
